We recommend to all people loading these containers to make sure all your heavier items are on the bottom. These containers will be transported by you or us back to the transport vehicle on their ends strapped to a hand truck. (See illustration above)

All containers will be delivered before pick up day. We will send along with you a roll of tape to secure the top after completing your packing. Two long strips across the center seam will secure the top enough to return it back to the transport vehicle.

To pack these containers, first and foremost – take your time – good packing = reduced risk. You want to consolidate those loose items into small/medium boxes before packing them into the container. We have for your convenience small and medium sized boxes and tape to accomplish these tasks.

These packing boxes will be delivered in advance, direct to you! (See your order page online or visit your onsite Lincoln Campus Storage Coordinator. Once you've finished loading your container and sealing the top return it to the transport vehicle. While in your presence, the Campus Storage Representative will finish securing the container and ask you to sign your Certified Security Seals. Witnessed by you, The Lincoln Campus Storage Representative will apply your security seals to your container(s)

Next, The Campus Storage Representative will ask you to sign releasing your goods into our control. You're on your way to a well-deserved summer vacation! Have Fun.
